Different clients have different writing needs. So Writer for All Seasons has three different fee structures. You can choose the one that best fits your particular needs.
The fee structures are:
- Individual services
- Projects
- Hourly
Fees for Individual Services
Some individual services have set fees. Commonly used ones appear below, along with their prices. If you don’t see an individual service you need, please email Dan at

| Web content writing | $40 for 400 words (or $40 per page if under 400 words), working from a draft or bullet points provided by the client. |
| SEO web copywriting | $50 for 300 words (or $50 per page, if under 300 words), working from a draft or bullet points provided by the client. |
| E-newsletter writing | Starts at $210 per newsletter for up to 600 words, working from a draft or bullet points, for 1000 subscribers. One-time template design is extra. Pictures and outside interviews are extra. |
| Business blogging | $40 for 400 words (or $40 per page if under 400 words), working from a draft or bullet points provided by the client. |
| SEO blogging | $50 for 300 words (or $50 per page, if under 300 words), working from a draft or bullet points provided by the client. |
| Marketing letter writing | $100 per 500 words (or $100 per page, if under 500 words). |
| Press Release writing | $75 for each press release. |
Fees for Projects
Sometimes you might have a large project you want done. Or you might have a number of small tasks that you want to combine into a single project. Or you might want to combine two or more individual services into a project.

Hourly Fees
Sometimes you might have a small writing or editing task you need done. Or you might want something done periodically, such as revising content on a web page every three or four weeks.
In those cases, the charge is $40 per hour.
Payment Terms
- Each service includes two revisions. Additional revisions cost $40 an hour for revision time, with a minimum charge of $40.
- Writer for All Seasons accepts payment by Paypal, check, and money order.
- Projects under $1000 require a 50% down payment before the work begins and the final 50% when the project is finished. If the client cancels the project after making the initial down payment, the clients forfeits the money to the Writer for All Seasons.
- Projects over $1000 require a 50% down payment before the work begins , a 25% payment when the first draft is delivered, and the final 25% when the project is finished. If the client cancels the project after making the initial down payment, the clients forfeits the money to the Writer for All Seasons.
- All invoices are due within 15 days of receipt.
- If the client does not resubmit work for editing within 30 days of its being sent out for review, the project will be considered finished and the client will be sent the final invoice.
